Dordt College Men's Soccer vs. Briar Cliff

(Sioux City, Iowa) The Dordt Defenders snagged a 3-1 road victory today over Briar Cliff in men's soccer. Dordt took an early 2-0 lead on goals by Travis De Jong in the 16th minute and Mike Oppeneer in the 19th minute before Briar Cliff got their lone score in the 43rd minute to make it 2-1. Oppeneer added another goal in the 81st minute to make the finals score 3-1.
Tim Klein got the win in goal for the Defenders.
