Dordt College Men's Soccer vs. Northwestern

(Home) The Dordt College men's soccer team hosted the Red Raiders of Northwestern College for a GPAC match-up this afternoon in Sioux Center. Travis Burgers scored the lone goal for the Defenders with 20 minutes remaining in the first half, leaving the break with a score of 1-1. Northwestern booted two more goals in the second half to come out on top 3-1. Patrick Dirkse netted two goals while David Rhodes added another for the Red Raiders. Dordt goal keeper Chris Muller faced 16 shots with six saves and three goals allowed. Dordt is now 1-3 in the GPAC while Northwestern moves to 3-1.
