(Home) The men's soccer team defeated Northwestern in overtime by a score of 3-2 today. Travis Burgers scored the winning goal with 5:11 left in the fist overtime period. Paul Mortlock and Stewart McIsack scored the goals in regulation time for the Defenders, while Arlan Vander Woude turned away 14 shots in the win. Goal scorers for Northwestern were Marshall Swartzendruber and Patrick Dirkse. Red Raider goalie Josh Pickard had six saves.
