(Fort Collins, Colorado) The Dordt College Blades surrendered two first period goals to Colorado State and that would prove to be enough as the Rams would go on to win 5-1. The Rams improve to 7-0-0-1 on the year while the Blades move to 2-3.

Dan Hassler got the Rams on the board midway through the first period with a power play marker at 10:48 to give CSU the 1-0 lead. Jez Murphy would pick up the eventual game winner with a goal two minutes later and the teams went to the intermission with the Rams up 2-0.

Colorado State tacked on a goal late in the second period, a Jock Purchase tally with 2:15 left, to go up 3-0 heading in to the third session.

Dordt's Nic Enerson negated the shut-out effort of the Ram's Andrew Oxfeld when he knocked in his 3rd goal of the year with an assist from Seth Mundorf at 18:11. CSU picked up insurance goals at 15:51 and 6:06 to take the 5-1 win.

Dordt's Riley Braun turned away 50 shots on the night in the loss while his counterpart Andrew Oxfeld stopped 24 in picking up his second win of the year.

Dordt College was 0-3 on the power play while the Rams were a perfect 1-1 with the man advantage.
