Dordt College Men's Golf at Siouxland Invitational-Two Day Totals

(Orange City, Iowa (Landsmeer)) The Dordt College Defender men's golf team finished in a tie for fourth place at the two-day Siouxland Invitational hosted in Sioux Center and Orange City on consecutive days.
The Defenders shot a two day total of 627, carding a 307 on day two to improve their standing in the 36-hole event.
The Dordt varsity team was paced by Ryan Kamp and Brandon McCracken--both shot 153 at The Ridge and Landsmeer and tied for ninth place. Kevin Fopma used a 76 on day two to place 17th with a 157 and Madison Moss improved from an 89 on day one at The Ridge to a 79 on day two at Landsmeer for a 168.
Northwestern won the event with a 575 and had the medalist and runner-up to spearhead their performance. Jay Monahan was the medalist with a 141.
The Defenders will send a team to Fox Run in Yankton, South Dakota on Friday for their final competition before GPAC Qualifier #1 next week at the same course.
