Dordt College Men's Golf at Morningside Invitational

(Sioux City, Iowa (Whispering Creek)) The Dordt College men's golf team placed seventh in the initial invitational of the fall hosted by Morningside College at Whispering Creek in Sioux City, Iowa on Wednesday, August 31.
Dordt was led by Ryan Kamp's 73 on the par-72 set-up which was good for a fourth place tie. Brandon McCracken shot a 79 and Madison Moss and Derek Dreise each shot 83. It was Moss's first collegiate golf meet.
Morningside won the team event with a 298. Dordt's 318 was good for a sixth place tie on the 6872 yard course.
Dordt will golf next on September 6 at the Siouxland Invite, a two-day event hosted at The Ridge in Sioux Center and Landsmeer in Orange City.
