Dordt College Men's Golf at Siouxland Invitational

(Orange City, Iowa) The Dordt College Defender men's golf team shot second day total of 315 on Saturday at the Siouxland Invite held at Landsmeer Golf and Country Club in Orange City. The Defenders finished 11th in the two-day event after shooting a 349 on day one at the Ridge in Sioux Center.
Ryan Kamp shot a 163 and Brandon McCracken also had a 163. Both McCracken and Mike Rozenboom shot 77s on the second day of competition with Rozenboom bringing in a two day total of 173. Jon Holwerda completed Dordt's scoring in the season opening event with a 168.
Northwestern won the event with a 615 led by Neil Malenke's medalist finish of 148.
Dordt will golf Wednesday, September 8 at Briar Cliff.
