Dordt College Men's Golf at Dana Invite

(Blair, Nebraska (River Wilds)) Dordt College sent a junior varsity unit to the Dana Invite in Blair, Nebraska on Tuesday and placed 12th with a total of 347. Dordt was paced by Derek Dreise with a 77 which was good for a tie for 19th. Phil Feikema shot an 88 for the Defenders while Kevin Fopma and Jeff Elgersma's 90 and 92 were the third and fourth scores kept for the total.
Sioux Falls got around in 294 as a squad. Luke Ver Meer shot a two under par 69 to take medalist honors for Northwestern.
Dordt and Northwestern will host a two round event on Friday and Saturday of this week in the final tuneup before the fourth GPAC qualifier.
