Dordt College Men's Golf at GPAC #3

Dordt College scored the second lowest score of the day and moved into fifth place in the GPAC four event qualifier with a third-round total of 307 at Lochland Golf Course near Hastings, Nebraska on Thursday, April 9.
The Defenders have a team total of 942 and stand four shots out of fourth place and seven shots out of third place in the event that will conclude on April 28 at Whispering Creek Golf Course in Sioux City, Iowa.
Jordan Janz shot a 73 which placed him third for the day and eight overall with a total of 230. Jared Rempel got around the eighteen in 76 strokes and is fourth in the overall standings with a 224 score and is one shot out of first. Three golfers are at 223 through three rounds. Collin Broekhuis also broke 80 with a 76 and is 17th overall at 238 while Ryan Kamp and Brad Evenson shot and 82 and 86 respectively. Kamp is in 33rd place overall and Evenson is in 37th with totals of 252 and 256.
Dakota Wesleyan is the overall leader with a 908 while Nebraska Wesleyan is second at 913. Hastings and Morningside are the other teams in front of Dordt at 935 and 938. Hastings shot a 303 for the low team score of the day.
Dordt will play in the Briar Cliff Invite on April 15 in Sioux City in their next outing. This was Dordt's first competition of the second semester.
