Dordt College Men's Golf at Northwestern Invitational

(Orange City, Iowa) A Dordt College golf team placed fifth and a second unit ninth at the Northwestern Red Raider Invitational on Friday, September 28 at Landsmeer Golf Club in Orange City, Iowa.

Jared Rempel shot a 76 and was low man for Dordt College while Brad Evenson and Jordan Janz each had 79's. Rempel's score was good for fifth place overall in a field that included 57 golfers. Collin Broekhuis carded an 80 to complete the scoring for the fifth place finishing team. Wayne State, behind the medalist Adam Fields (71), tied Sioux Falls for the title with a 308.

Dordt will go to Sioux Falls on Tuesday, October 2 for a meet hosted by the University of Sioux Falls.
