Dordt College Women's Basketball vs. Mount Marty

(Yankton, South Dakota) The Lady Defenders picked up another important conference victory tonight, defeating Mount Marty 78-68. The Lancers came out of the gates in a hurry taking a 11-7 lead over Dordt, but the Defenders responded with an 11-0 run to take over the lead and taking control over the game. Shawna Flikkema led Dordt in scoring tonight with 16 points, Lindsey Van Wyk chipped in with 15. Rachel Van Beek also finished with a strong night, picking up a double-double with 11 points, 11 rebounds.
