(Omaha, Nebraska) The Dordt Lady Defenders fell to the University of Nebraska-Omaha tonight. The Defenders were led by Rachel Van Beek with 12 points and 7 rebounds, Amanda Eekhoff with 10 points and 9 rebounds and Jill Haan chipped in 10 points and grabbed 6 rebounds.
Dordt College trailed by six near the end of the first half but five points in a row by the Mavericks gave them an 11 point halftime lead and five more points in a row to start the second half triggered their double digit win.
