Dordt College Women's Basketball vs. Briar Cliff

(Sioux Center, Iowa) The Dordt Defenders overcame a halftime deficit to capture their final win of the season today with a 77-59 win over Briar Cliff. Dordt led early before Briar Cliff took over. The Defenders regained the lead midway through the second half and held the Chargers to just 33 percent shooting in the half for the win.
Nicki De Blaey scored 16 points to lead three Defenders in double figures. The victory avenges an earlier road loss to Briar Cliff in January.
