Dordt College Women's Basketball vs. Martin Luther

(Sioux Center, Iowa) The Dordt Defenders won their second straight game tonight with a non-conference victory over Martin Luther. Dordt held a 12-point halftime lead, but saw Martin Luther cut that lead to nine points at the start of the second half. The Defenders weathered the storm, however, and pulled away late in the game for the victory.

Colleen De Groot had 13 points to lead the way for the Defenders. Tar De Boer added 12 points. Shawna Flikkema and Rachel Schutte chipped in nine and eight points respectively.
