(Crete, Nebraska) The Dordt Defenders couldn't overcome major shooting woes tonight, falling to the Doane Tigers by a final score of 84-54. The Defenders started out strong, finding themselves down 18-16 with about 15:00 left to go in the first half. Doane then went on a 23-0 run from which Dordt could never recover.
Rachel Van Beek was the lone Defender in double digits tonight with 14 points and 4 steals.
