Dordt College Women's Basketball vs. Mount Marty

(Sioux Center, Iowa) The Dordt Defenders lost their third straight conference game tonight, falling 68-55 to the Mt. Marty Lancers. Dordt kept within five points at the break before the Lancers extended their lead to double digits in the second half. The Defenders cut the lead back down to single digits with under five minutes to play, but it wasn't enough as Mt. Marty went on for the victory.
Jill Bouma had 14 points, all in the first half, to lead the way for Dordt. Katie Bleeker and Colleen De Groot had nine points apiece. Shawna Flikkema went 2-5 from three-point range and finished with eight points and two steals. Mt. Marty's Jesyca Eckstaine had 23 points for the Lancers.
