Dordt College Women's Basketball vs. Hastings

(Sioux Center, Iowa) The Dordt Defenders fell to seventh-rated Hastings today by a final score of 77-59. Hastings jumped out to an early lead in the first half before the Defenders crawled back to within ten points midway through the second half. Dordt would get no closer, though, as Hastings converted open shots and free throws down the stretch.
Katie Bleeker and Jill Bouma had nine points apiece to lead the Defender scoring. Bleeker also picked up six boards. Hastings' Carly Stucky had 22 points to lead the way for the Broncos.
