(Sioux Falls, South Dakota) The Dordt Defenders fell on the road tonight, losing 73-56 to Sioux Falls. Dordt held the Cougar lead to single digits through the entire first half before Sioux Falls hit a jumper at the buzzer to extend their lead to ten at the break. The Defenders could never quite recover from there.
Jill Bouma and Rachel Van Beek had 13 and 11 points respectively to lead the Defenders. Sioux Falls had three players in double digits, led by Lindsey Schneiderman's 16 points.
