(Home) The Dordt College Lady Defenders let a half time lead slip away as they lost a tough contest, 84-79 to Doane College. Serena Van Beek led Dordt with 19 points, while Katie Bleeker, Rachel Schutte and Darci Wassenaar each put up double figures. Doane's Amanda Creighton led the Lady Tigers with 28 points and 10 rebounds. Dordt turned the ball over 26 times to Doane's 15. Today's homecoming loss puts the Lady Defenders at 4-18, 2-11 in the GPAC.
