(Crete, NE) The Dordt College Lady Defenders were edged tonight by Doane College by a score of 73-68 in GPAC basketball action. Serena Van Beek led Dordt's offensive charge netting 26 points, 15 of those points from the three point arch. Colleen De Groot added 19 points and eight rebounds, while Darci Wassenaar added eight points and eight rebounds. These performances were not enough as Doane's Terri Wilbeck had 17 points and 10 rebounds, while Nicky White added 12 points in the Doane victory.
