(Home) The Dordt College Lady Defenders basketball squad ran into a fast paced Hastings squad tonight in Sioux Center. Dordt was ahead 21-16 in the first half but the Lady Broncos went on a 17-0 run to gain the lead and take in the victory. Despite the loss, Dordt had three players in double digit scoring, led by Junior forward Serena Van Beek. Hastings had four players in double digit scoring led by guard Carrie Hofstetter. Dordt had 14 turnovers and 16 assists to Hastings 12 and 15 respectively.
