(Fremont, NE) The Midland Lutheran Warriors used a strong start and finish today and won over Dordt 82-61. Midland jumped out to a 25-5 lead, and outscored Dordt 47-38 in the second half. Alexis Smith totaled 21 points and 12 rebounds for the Lady Defenders now 2-13 and 0-6 in the GPAC. The Lady Defenders have lost 11 straight. Nikki Gragano paced Midland with 23 points and 11 rebounds respectively. Ninth ranked Midland Lutheran is now 15-4 and 3-2 in the league.
