Dordt College Women's Basketball vs. Sioux Falls

(Sioux Falls, SD) Sioux Falls needed a win tonight to have a chance at the SDIC playoffs, but they needed help. Sioux Falls did their part, but the help didn't happen as Black Hills State won at South Dakota Tech to secure the fourth and final playoff spot for this season. As for Dordt, win or lose, this was the final game of the season. The Cougars won at home tonight 66-58. Dordt College ends the season at 13-12, and 6-8 in the SDIC. The Cougars end their season at 15-12, and 8-6 in the league. Another fine season for the Lady Defender basketball program, and thank you to seniors Marlene Van Wingerden, Allison Miedema, Kelli Holwerda, and Carla Geleynse for their contributions to the women's basketball program at Dordt College.
