(Home) The Lady Defenders handed the eighth ranked Dakota State Lady T's a loss tonight with a 77-71 win. Serena Van Beek led the team with 24 points, she is now one three pointer shy of the Dordt record for three pointers in a season. Van Beek sits at 40, shooting for Erica DeKam's record of 41 in 1997. Carla Geleynse and Allison Miedema added 14 points each. Carla Geleynse led the team in rebounds as well, pulling down seven.
