Dordt College Men's Basketball vs. Doane

(Crete, NE) Dordt's men made it a clean sweep of the Doane Tigers this season, by winning today in Crete, Nebraska, 79-69. Dordt's biggest lead was 21 points, and the Defenders held a halftime lead of 43-32. Five Defenders scored in double figures, and Dordt only committed 11 turnovers, over against Doane's 19 give-aways (12 in the first half). Doane struggled offensively in the second half, only hitting one out their first eleven shots and 12 out of 34 total in the final 20 minutes. Dordt improved to 12-9, and 6-7 in the conference. The Tigers fall to 11-12, and 2-10 in the loop. Dordt won the earlier game this season 93-75, just two weeks ago in Sioux Center.
