Dordt College Men's Basketball vs. Presentation

(Mitchell, SD, Teammaker Classic) Dordt's men wrapped up play in the 2000 Dakota Wesleyan Teammakers Holiday Classic with an 80-53 win over Presentation College of Aberdeen, South Dakota. Dordt only trailed twice early (2-0, 4-2), and had a lead of 30 once in the game. Dordt went 2-0 over the weekend to improve to 7-5 on the season. The Saints fell to 0-14 on the season. Freshman Kyle Van Arendonk closed out 2000 in style with 14 points and six rebounds to lead the Defenders. Senior Brent Tapper also tallied six caroms. Evan Beimers and Ryan Dooyema were named to the all-tournament squad.
