Dordt College Men's Basketball vs. Midland Lutheran

(Fremont, NE) Dordt's men improved to 1-1 with an 81-66 win at Midland Lutheran in Fremont, Nebraska today. Dordt was led by Randy Oostra's 23 points and nine rebounds. Michael Ribbens had eight steals, a new Dordt record, for the Dordt men as they knock off a Nebraska-Iowa Conference team. Michael broke the old record set in 1987 by Derrek Altena (7). Dordt will join the excising NIAC next year to form the Great Plains Athletic Conference (G-PAC). Dordt will face Dana of the NIAC Tuesday, November 16 at home in De Witt Gymnasium.
