Dordt College Men's Basketball vs. Doane

(Sioux Center, Iowa) The Dordt College Defenders suffered a disappointing loss to the Doane Tigers this afternoon 91-81. The Defenders led 53-35 at halftime but allowed Doane 56 points in the second half, losing their sixth GPAC game of the season.

Dordt was led by Luke Ruter with 20 points while Brandon Haan and Jim Brinks had 16 and 11 points respectively. Derek Keizer had 11 assists in the loss.

Doane was paced by Michael Stoynev's 28 points, 19 of them in the second half. Jarred Royal also had 21 points and 11 rebounds.
