Dordt College Baseball vs. Concordia

(Seward, Nebraska) Dordt College lost a 14-0 decision to the Concordia Bulldogs in Great Plains Athletic Conference baseball on Friday afternoon in Seward, Nebraska.
The Defenders gave up three in the first, one in the second, seven in the third and three in the fourth. The game was stopped by the ten run difference rule after the fifth inning.
Dordt was outhit 8-6 and committed two errors which played a part in seven unearned runs. Dillon Peters, Travis Dekkers, Josh Bowers, Evan Pheneger and Eric Torgerson all had singles while Travis Feekes had a double. Nate De Wit took the loss while allowing six runs on three hits with five walks. Ryan Baas allowed five runs--one of which was earned and walked three with one strikeout and Brad Trimm went one inning and gave up two hits and three unearned runs. John Couch got the five inning win with six hits allowed, one walk and eight strikeouts.
