Dordt College Baseball vs. Mount Marty College

(Sioux Center, IA) Dordt rallied from five runs down in the first inning to take a 6-5 lead, but couldn't hold on as Mount Marty raced away with their second Boer hit a home run in the first to lead the Defender charge, but Mount Marty's Jesse Kurtenbach and Clif Kephart answered with extra-base hits of their own. Tim Venhuizen took the loss on the mound, allowing 8 runs in five innings of work. Dordt also committed six errors in the game.
