Lindsay Baker--Earned all-conference and all-district honors while playing for South Christian (Michigan). Scored 62 goals during her four-year career at South Christian.
Anna Bos--Was second on the team in goals scored last season with 8 and had one assist in 2005. Had a goal and three assists in 2004.
Liz Brand--Started four years for Pella Christian High School and received all-conference honorable mention as a junior and first-team honors as a senior. Also earned all-state honorable mention as a senior.
Suzanne Clark--Was named third-team NAIA all-American in 2005 after being named the NAIA Region III player of the year. Assisted on nine goals and was a major component of a defense that allowed just 1.47 goals per game. Was an all-GPAC and All-Region performer as a sophomore in 2004 and scored one goal and assisted on six.
Kate Du Mez--Played for Milwaukee Lutheran and earned team most valuable player honors while also copping all-conference honors and also served as her team's captain. Was her team's most valuable player three times and scored 46 goals and assisted on 25 during her career.
Whitney Elgersma--Appeared in seven games as a freshman last season.
Mallory Foster--Appeared in eight games for the Lady Defenders in 2005.
Samantha Foster--Played three years of varsity soccer for Ontario Christian (California) before moving. Was named most valuable player during her senior year at Christian Life School (Wisconsin).
Lisa Groen--Played in all 19 games for the Lady Defenders last season.
Heather Kooistra--Played in sixteen games in 2005.
Jill Leep--Assisted on a goal in 18 appearances for the Lady Defenders. Resumed her soccer career after two seasons away from organized soccer.
Anne Oppeneer--Scored five goals and had an assist in 2005. Also had four goals and two assists in her initial campaign in 2004.
Heather Otten--Scored five goals and had one assist in 2005. Totaled seven goals during her freshman and sophomore seasons in 2003 and 2004.
Kristi Ouwinga--Played at South Christian (Michigan) and received all-conference honorable mention as a sophomore and all-conference honors as a junior and senior. Kristi also earned all-district and all-regional honors along with all-state honorable mention as a senior.
Karissa Phelps--Was hampered by injury late in the 2005 season while appearing in 18 contests. Played in 22 games as a sophomore in 2004.
Vanessa Shannon--Had scored a pair of goals while appearing in 11 games over the past two seasons.
Sarah Sikkema--Scored two goals and had two assists in her freshman season last year.
Abbie Soodsma--Scored two goals and assisted on three as a junior. Had seven goals and six assists during her sophomore season in 2004.
Jenna Veenbaas--Attended Abbotsford Christian Secondary (British Columbia) where she played three years.
Leah Wolthuizen--Appeared in two games in goal for the Lady Defenders last season.
