Coaching Background
Prior to joining the Dordt Football Staff, Conway spent the 2012 season at Kilgore College in Texas where he was the Running backs and Tight Ends Coach as well as the Recruiting Coordinator. In his brief stint there, the Kilgore Rangers were regular season SWJCFC Co-Champions finishing #15 in the country, producing 11 All Conference players and 3 All-Americans.
Conway got his coaching start at Geneva College in Beaver Falls, PA under Hall of Fame Coach Geno DeMarco where he coached the Wide Receivers and Tight Ends during the 2010 & 2011 seasons, respectively. In 2010 Geneva produced the top passing attack in the PAC conference and also led in 3rd down efficiency and pass completion percentage.

I believe in coaching with great passion, approaching everything with a positive attitude, and having high expectations on and off the field.
My mission is to help student-athletes achieve their full potential, find their calling, and pursue Christ in every avenue of their life, especially in the field of competition.
