Earned All-GPAC honorable mention and made 30 percent of her three point tries (37-122). Scored in double figures 14 times and had a season high 21 points against Dakota State along with six assists on November 23. Averaged 4.8 points per game in an injury plagued sophomore season after averaging 6.7 points per game as a freshman.

Chelsea Gerdes--Averaged 2.4 points per game while appearing in 15 games for the Lady Defenders. Scored nine points against Sioux Falls on November 20. Averaged 2.6 points per game as a freshman in 2003-2004.

Jill Haan--Scored 7.3 points per game and averaged 5.8 rebounds per contest while earning All-GPAC honorable mention as a junior while bouncing back from off-season knee surgery. Had 22 points at Hastings on January 22 and registered a double-double against Doane on January 29. Averaged 8.2 points as a sophomore and 8.5 points during her freshman season.

Tara De Boer--Put in 8.0 points and 3.3 rebounds on average as a junior and made 45 percent of her shots from the field. Scored 19 points and had 10 rebounds against Northwestern on February 2. Averaged 7.1 points per game as a sophomore and 4.2 points as a freshman.

Lindsey Van Wyk--Has the second highest points per game average of returning players after averaging 8.7 points per game as a sophomore. Also grabbed 3.0 rebounds per game. Scored in double figures eight times and had a season high 17 points against Dakota Wesleyan at the Corn Palace on February 16. Played in 20 games as freshman, averaging 3.4 points per game.

Rachel Van Beek--Has started in 46 games for the Lady Defenders during her career while averaging eight points per contest. Is the leading returning rebounder with a 6.7 rebounds per game average as a junior. Had a 16 point, 11 rebound effort against Dana, both season highs, on February 5.

Nicki De Blaey--In the past three years De Blaey has appeared in 73 contests. Averaged 3.3 points per game last season and averaged one steal per game. Scored seven points twice against Dana and Dakota Wesleyan on February 5 and February 16 respectively.

Merribeth Van Engen--Played in five games as a sophomore and averaged 1.6 points per game. Had three points against South Dakota Tech (November 11) and Grand View (November 16).

Kristin De Ronde--Earned first-team Class 2A all-state honors in helping her Pella Christian Eagles to the Iowa State Tournament. Averaged 19.1 points, 6.7 rebounds and 4 blocks per game while making 62 percent of her shots from the floor.

Amanda Henke--Averaged 9.3 points per game for Decorah while making 50 percent of her shots from the floor-including 33 percent of her three-point tries.

Amy Prather--Garnered North Iowa Conference first-team honors and All-District honors while playing for Forest City. Averaged 12.7 points, 6.4 rebounds and 2.1 assists per contest.

Erin Savery--Played point guard for the Pella Christian Eagles as they compiled a 23-3 mark and a berth in the Iowa State Tournament. Averaged 9.6 points, 2.9 rebounds, 2.7 steals and 2.7 assists per game.
