Application Fee Information
A $50.00 (U.S.) application fee must be sent to the address at the top before this application will be processed. The application fee will be refunded if you are not accepted. Once an applicant has been accepted to the program, a non-refundable $350.00 (US) deposit will be required to confirm your place in the program.

Statement Of Faith:
